Hiring: Operations Agent (Arabic-speaking) – Freight Forwarding

About the Role:

Our client, a freight forwarding company, is seeking an Operations Agent to support day-to-day operational activities. The role requires strong coordination skills to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal drivers, ensuring smooth execution of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily freight forwarding operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of tasks.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal drivers to facilitate shipment processes.
Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Assist with documentation and reporting related to operations.
Provide updates to the operations team to support workflow efficiency.
Support continuous improvement of operational workflows and customer service.

Key Requirements:

2-3 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
Proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus.
Good understanding of UAE customs procedures and transportation regulations.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Preference will be given to candidates currently based in the UAE.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Budget: AED 3500 - 4000 per month
