Logistics Manager

Our client, a global provider of safety, communication, and power technologies, is seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee global freight operations, vendor relationships, and import/export compliance. Supporting critical infrastructure sectors—such as mining, public safety, and telecommunications—you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient, compliant movement of products across 30+ countries.

📦 What You’ll Be Doing

Manage domestic and international shipping, receiving, and freight coordination.
Oversee vendor relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
Ensure accurate and compliant import/export documentation and customs processes.
Monitor global tariffs, trade regulations, and classification codes (HTS, ECCN, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Optimize shipping processes and cost controls using logistics KPIs and software tools.

🔍 What You Should Bring

5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, customs documentation, and freight operations.
Experience working with ERP systems and logistics software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with high-regulation industries or international distribution is a plus.
