Job Summary:

The PRO will manage all company interactions with SAIF Zone authorities, ensuring compliance with licensing, visa, and corporate governance requirements. This includes handling establishment cards, visas (entry permits, medical, Emirates ID, stamping), license amendments, renewals, and cancellations, as well as shareholder changes and corporate restructuring. The role requires close coordination with SAIF Zone departments and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. Preference is given to candidates with current SAIF Zone experience.

Responsibilities:

· Handle all SAIF Zone company licensing processes, including new licenses, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.

· Process establishment cards for employees and manage their renewals.

· Manage visa operations, including entry permits, medical tests, Emirates ID issuance, and stamping.

· Coordinate with SAIF Zone customs and other relevant authorities as needed.

· Facilitate share transfers, shareholder amendments, and corporate restructuring procedures.

· Liaise with the SAIF Zone legal department for MOA updates, corporate resolutions, and legal approvals.

· Maintain daily follow-ups with SAIF Zone Authority and ensure timely completion of all submissions.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with SAIF Zone regulations.

· Maintain accurate records of all documentation and communications with SAIF Zone authorities.

Job Requirements

· Proven experience as a PRO, preferably currently working in SAIF Zone.

. South Indian candidate preferred

· Strong knowledge of SAIF Zone licensing, visa processing, corporate documentation, and legal procedures.

· Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration laws, visa regulations, and government authority procedures.

· Excellent coordination and communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic & Tamil is an advantage.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.

· Integrity, professionalism, and understanding of confidential information.

· UAE residency or valid work authorization.
