Key Responsibilities:

Emergency Response Management: Provide on-site assistance in managing traffic accident sensuring immediate response actions are carried out efficiently
Assist in post-incident procedures, including documentation,processing claims, and coordinating with traffic police.Ensure that safety protocols and local regulations are adhered to during emergency handling.
Coordination with Local Authorities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with loca administrative authorities, particularly the Dubai Police Department and RTA.
Actively reach out and engage with relevant officials to stay informed on regulatory changes and best practices in vehicle management.
Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams andlocal authorities to address any vehicle-related issues.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all traffic-related incidents and outcomes,ensuring proper documentation for claims andcompliance purposes.
Prepare and submit reports regarding emergency responsesincidents, and interactions with authorities.

Qulifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Prior experience with Dubai Police or RTA (including auxiliary/non-regular roles) is strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of local social dynamics and customs in Dubai is a plus.
Fluent in English
