Job Title: Customs and Operations Coordinator

Duration: 9 to 12 months

Starting Date: Early April 2025

Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Business Hours: 9am to 6pm / 9.30am to 6.30pm (TBC)

Lunch Break: 1 hour (unpaid)

Location: Mayfair (closest Tube station: Green Park)

We are recruiting for, on behalf of our client, a Customs & Operations Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager at the Head Office of a luxury retailer, this position is a customer-facing role. A successful candidate should be able to always conduct themselves in a concise, courteous and professional manner. While not required, prior logistics experience would prove advantageous.

Main Duties

Track and facilitate daily flow of stock and non-stock shipments from and to the UK
Communicate daily with 3rd parties to resolve any shipping obstacles (if any)
Perform post-clearance auditing on import and export shipments
Support the Logistics Manager on any new upcoming project

Key Requirements

Valid Right to work in the UK
Fluent in English
Microsoft Excel proficient
