Seeking an Inventory Operations Analyst for a large clothing brand in San Francisco CA. This will be a hybrid position on a W2 through the end of 2025.

- This role is partly operation analyst & partly product operations to support the planning Operations managers, serving both clusters. It requires planning and business knowledge, a “do-er” mentality and excellent organizational skills.
- Support the Operations team in driving our GTM (Go-To-Market) calendar, supporting regular milestone deliverables, aligning cross-functionally, and responding to ad-hoc events.
- Assist Global Operations team with documentation on new GTM processes and milestones and high-level follow-up
- End-to-end project planning: Co-Lead project planning sessions & ensure projects meet deadlines
- Provide coordination or, administration support to the team for projects and tasks to the extended team.
- Support Operations manager with data analysis and reporting including S&OP, Fill Rate report, E&O, etc. working with both our Center (Global) planning teams and our Cluster (Regional) planning teams around the world.
- Consolidate data from multiple channels and business teams, verifying the accuracy, diagnosing/resolving issues, and ensuring overall integrity.
- Analyze business data to explore and evaluate results, trends, and opportunities; bring data to life through storytelling.
- On-going process improvements to ensure data consolidation is done optimally, find opportunities to automate manual tasks and minimize duplicative work.
About You
- Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum five years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
- 1–2-year experience in an operations role
- Solid process mapping and documentation skills
- Self-motivating, creative team player with an enthusiasm to create and test innovative ideas quickly.
- Organized with meticulous attention to detail, ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- You have advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions, merge data sets, pivot tables, charts) and can work well in PowerPoint
- You are driven and inquisitive and you enjoy learning new skills
- Relevant professional experience in the fields of Planning, Inventory Management, or Finance functions is a plus
