Job Title: Treasury Analyst

Key Responsibilities
1. Cash Management & Forecasting
- Daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting (short and long term)
- Manage cash pooling and intercompany funding arrangements
- Monitor and optimise liquidity across the group
2. Treasury Operations
- Oversee banking relationships, maintain signatories, and ensure bank mandates are up to date
- Process and review payments, manage treasury-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies
3. Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparation of treasury-related reports for internal and external stakeholders, including PE investors
- Support month-end close process and provide variance analysis on cash flows
4. FX and Risk Management
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure and assist with hedging strategies where necessary
- Collaborate with the finance team to mitigate financial risks
5. Process Improvement & Projects
- Drive efficiency and automation in treasury operations
- Support the integration of treasury functions during M&A activities
- Work on ad hoc strategic projects (e.g., system implementations, refinancing)
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional qualifications (e.g., CTP, ACT, CFA) a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, ideally within a PE-backed or fast-growth business
- Strong understanding of cash management, financial instruments, and treasury systems
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with TMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; German language skills are highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment
