Summary of Position
The TCredit/Loan Trading Trade Support Analyst plays a vital role in supporting and securing the development of the Credit and Loan trading business. This position involves assisting traders and sales teams with their daily tasks, ensuring that transactions are accurately booked and reported. The Trade Support Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for support functions regarding any discrepancies in operations processing and will be responsible for resolving issues on behalf of the Front Office. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Book and modify tickets in Front Office systems as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Allocate trades efficiently and accurately to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor trade reporting to TRACE and TRAQS, ensuring timely and precise submissions.
- Assist in the resolution of trade discrepancies, collaborating with relevant teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Provide timely assistance to traders and sales staff, helping to optimize their workflow and enhance overall trading efficiency.
- Update metrics and reporting tools to reflect accurate performance data and operational insights.
- Ensure that all procedures are current and consistently followed, utilizing all available resources to create an efficient control process that is both relevant and sensitive to the needs of clients and our business partners.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement in trade support processes and suggesting actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in Trade Support or Middle Office operations, with a strong understanding of industry practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the bonds, CLO, and loan markets, as well as the trade life cycle and settlement end-to-end flows for a variety of fixed income products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create informative reports.
- Familiarity with TRAQS and other trade reporting systems.
- Exemplary communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and promptly with counterparties and the trading desk.
- SIE and Series 99 licenses (can be obtained after hire).
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.

The salary range for this position will be between $120,000 - $145,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
