We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support and coordinate HR operations across our international offices. Based in the UAE, this role will play a critical part in driving consistency and excellence in our people practices across the UAE, KSA, Europe, and China. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local labor laws, foster a cohesive employee experience globally, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to support business and HR objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the employee journey across all regions, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Supervise regional HR administration and payroll functions (executed by internal teams or external providers).
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies in each jurisdiction, in collaboration with local legal and HR advisors as needed.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes impacting employment practices across operating regions.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activities and support end-to-end hiring processes.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences that reflect the company’s culture and standards.
Performance & Development
- Support performance review cycles, employee development programs, and training initiatives.
- Contribute to employee engagement and recognition efforts across global offices.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits administration in each region.
- Maintain oversight on global compensation and benefits alignment, escalating issues as needed.
Policy & Culture Alignment
- Help promote a cohesive company culture while respecting local customs and practices.
- Support the rollout and communication of HR policies, ensuring understanding and adoption across teams.
HR Projects & Business Support
- Lead or contribute to global HR initiatives including process improvements, employee satisfaction programs, HR systems enhancement, and other cross-functional projects.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing day-to-day HR support and guidance.
