Mandatory details/Skills-
- Manage end-to-end air and ocean freight operations, including booking, documentation, and cargo tracking.
- Handle both import and export shipments in compliance with company and regulatory procedures.
- Ensure proper handling, packaging, and documentation of Dangerous Goods (DG) as per IATA/IMDG regulations.
- Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and customs brokers to ensure smooth movement of cargo.
- Verify shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills, and certificates of origin.
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, customer service, finance) for operational updates and billing support.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems on a regular basis.
- Ensure all operations comply with UAE customs regulations and company quality standards.
- Handle rate negotiations and ensure cost efficiency in freight and transport arrangements.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive shipment updates.
