In this role you will handle and monitor all QuickSTAT Operational activities ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. In this role you will preparing Export consignments for shipping, ensuring all consignments depart from the Ireland in accordance with the client’s requirements and monitor all QuickSTAT consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
How you create impact
- Issuing of MAWB’s in accordance with the planned flight schedule.
- Completion of SAD Customs entries for non EU consignments.
- Issuing of consignment security letters and airline lodge paperwork.
- Generation & quality check of Export document pouch raised to accompany consignments, as required based on country of destination.
- Labelling & secondary checking of consignments prior to airline tender.
- Sending of pre-alerts to overseas agents.
- Monitoring of live consignments & completing the data entry of key milestone information on our in-house systems (Manifest & COB).
- Scheduling suitable amalgamations for airline deliveries.
What we would like you to bring
- Understanding of transit milestones (Manifest /COB)
- High level of Geographic knowledge including Airport Codes.
- Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to specialist forwarders.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work successfully under pressure
