Role Description
The Vice President, International Trade and Supply Chain, will lead strategic advisory efforts focusing on global trade, supply chain optimization, and compliance with international trade laws and regulations. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, analyzing geopolitical and economic trends, developing actionable strategies, and supporting clients in regulatory and policy engagement. The role also involves advising on risk mitigation and identifying growth opportunities for clients. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Washington, D.C., requiring close collaboration with internal teams and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in international trade in government, business, non-profit, NGO, or think tanks
- Strong expertise in international trade policy, supply chains, industrial policy, and global market dynamics
- Proficiency in international trade regulations and U.S. government policies
- Proven ability to analyze geopolitical and economic trends and their impact on business strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting detailed reports and presentations
- Strong leadership, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced degree in International Affairs, International Business, Law, or related field strongly preferred
