Job Purpose:
The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations — including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and logistics — to ensure timely product availability across all retail stores. The role ensures cost efficiency, process accuracy, and alignment with the company’s retail sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supply Chain Planning
- Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy aligned with business and retail needs.
- Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock or stockouts.
- Collaborate with retail, merchandising, and finance teams to align supply chain plans with sales forecasts and budgets.
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Oversee sourcing and procurement of products and materials from local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best quality, lead time, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards and timelines.
3. Logistics & Distribution
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipping, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery to stores.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to retail outlets, warehouses, and customers (for e-commerce if applicable).
- Optimize logistics costs through route planning, consolidation, and carrier performance management.
4. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Supervise warehouse operations ensuring accuracy, organization, and safety standards.
- Implement inventory control systems and periodic stock audits to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with the retail team for replenishment planning and inventory transfers between stores.
5. Process Improvement & Systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency across supply chain processes.
- Work closely with IT and Operations teams to enhance ERP/WMS systems performance and reporting accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, lead time, freight costs, and inventory turnover.
6. Team Leadership & Compliance
- Lead, train, and develop the supply chain and logistics team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, import/export regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, preferably in fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of import/export operations, warehousing, and distribution management.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
