Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customs Administrator based in Templepatrick. The Customs Administrator will manage the end-to-end customs documentation and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations. The role will involve liaising with clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries, resolving customs-related issues, and facilitating smooth movement of goods. Additional responsibilities include accurate data entry, record-keeping, and support in maintaining audit readiness.

- Strong Analytical Skills to manage customs documentation and ensure regulatory accuracy
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management and Procurement to support efficient freight movement
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and IT systems
- Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, particularly for Ireland, the UK, and the EU
- Previous experience in customs administration or a similar field is advantageous
