Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage customs documentation for import shipments
- Collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate customs clearance processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant customs laws and regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve customs-related issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customs documentation and transactions
- Keep up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and industry practices
- Provide proactive updates to clients on the status of their shipments
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customs coordination function
