Logistics Coordinator - 1 year FTC

Lincoln are working with a repeat client in the FMCG sector to recruit a Logistics Coordinator to be based out of their Waterford offices. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent Business/Logistics Graduate to start/develop their career in a global organisation.
Duties:
- Provide daily support to the Company’s Trader’s
- Liaise and build relationships with our external Suppliers and Clients.
- Using our integrated ERP system
- Schedule, manifest and allocate shipment of Trades
- Process and generate Purchase orders and Invoices on Trades.
- Initiate communication with internal and external stakeholders – ensuring sure all queries are dealt with accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in Business or Logistics is desirable but not essential - The candidate will receive both mentoring and suitable training to assist in the role.
- Strong administration and attention to detail.
- Confident and comfortable with speaking with internal and external stakeholders
