Programme & Event Logistics Coordinator
The Programme & Event Logistics Coordinator oversees the planning and delivery of programmes and events, ensuring all logistical elements—venue setup, catering, AV, materials, and participant arrangements—are managed efficiently and executed to a high standard.
The role supports participants throughout the programme lifecycle, handling registration, responding to queries, and addressing logistical needs. Acting as a key point of contact for client programmes, the Coordinator builds strong relationships with participants, faculty, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
Responsibilities include supporting faculty and presenters, coordinating on-site delivery, communicating key programme information, maintaining accurate participant data, assisting with reporting, and contributing to post-event reviews and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience, initiative, and strong communication skills. Hybrid working is supported, with travel as required.
