A growing and ambitious organisation is seeking an experienced Purchasing & Supply Chain Specialist to take ownership of procurement and supply chain operations across UK and European markets.
This is a key, hands-on role responsible for driving cost efficiency, managing supplier relationships, coordinating imports, and ensuring stock availability to support business growth.
The Role
- Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Manage end-to-end purchasing and inventory control
- Oversee imports across UK & Europe, liaising with customs agents and hauliers
- Provide accurate landed costs and pricing support to the Sales Team
- Monitor stock levels alongside Warehouse & Inventory teams
- Ensure compliance, reporting (including CBAM), and strong commercial oversight
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Experienced in imports, commodity codes, and customs processes
- Proficient in Excel and procurement systems (SAGE 50 an advantage)
- Proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-focused
