Advanced Sentry is seeking a
Trade Compliance Analyst with experience supporting
global technology and cloud infrastructure environments, including organizations utilizing
Oracle Cloud platforms. This role is ideal for a
mid- to senior-level trade compliance professional with 4-5 years of experience in import/export compliance, who is detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-moving global environment.
The Trade Compliance Analyst will support import and export compliance operations, analyze trade data and metrics, review shipping documentation, and assist with system implementations related to trade compliance programs.
This is a
fully remote contract-to-hire role supporting a global technology organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily import and export compliance operations
- Review international shipping and trade documentation for regulatory compliance
- Assist with HTS and ECCN classifications
- Support Oracle ERP / Global Trade Management (GTM) system implementation and configuration
- Analyze trade data and develop metrics and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting global trade compliance
- Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and compliance controls
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Support compliance-related projects across multiple global regions
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in trade compliance, import/export compliance, supply chain, or international business
- Working knowledge of U.S. export regulations (EAR), sanctions regulations (OFAC), and U.S. customs compliance (CBP)
- Ability to perform HTS and ECCN classification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a technology or cloud infrastructure company
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and international trade regimes
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and Incoterms
- Experience with Oracle, GTM, or similar ERP systems
- Experience with process automation or AI-enabled tools
- Project management experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
