For Manager:
Responsibilities
- Provide valuation/statutory valuation service for transaction, financial reporting or tax related purpose in various area including tangible assets, intangible assets, business value, investment, equity, financial instrument etc (candidates can choose to focus on tangible assets valuation or non-tangible assets valuation). Duties include:
- Prepare service proposals;
- Lead the team to provide valuation and advisory service, and issue related deliverables;
- Timely communicate with the client regarding the questions identified during the process;
- Monitor engagement progress and manage client’s expectation
- Assist audit teams to review valuation prepared by other valuers. Duties include:
- Monitor review project process and manage multiple stakeholders’ expectations;
- Issue review memos and other deliverables
- Maintain relationship with existing and potential clients
- Work with other KPMG teams to provide integrated transaction services
- Coach and provide guidance on work for junior staff
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- A professional qualification in 3 years CICPV is required
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel, word, ppt and other common office software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service ability
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
For Assistant Manager:
Job Description
- Assist the assistant managers / mangers in valuation engagement for for transaction, financial reporting or tax related purpose in various area including tangible assets, intangible assets, business value, investment, equity, financial instrument etc (candidates can choose to focus on tangible assets valuation or non-tangible assets valuation). Duties include:
- Perform industry research, comparable companies and transactions research, discount rate calculations and financial analysis;
- Develop valuation model;
- Prepare valuation reports
- Assist audit teams to review valuation prepared by other valuers
- Assist project managers in monitoring engagement progress including risk management, financials and other administration procedures
- Possess independent value judgement ability
- Assist in business development activities including proposal and pitching documents preparation
- Coach junior analyst
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- A professional qualification in CICPV is required
- Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience in relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel, word, ppt and other common office software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service ability
- Strong analytical skills
