Scope & Overview:
- Review and verify export declarations for all exported shipments to
ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Handle and maintain Technical Data Reports and ensure all
information is accurate and complete.
- Maintain trackers for regulatory and technical documentation,
including datasheets, BIS certificates, and MTCT certificates.
- Keep templates and care points updated with the latest
information and changes.
- Keep databases and trackers updated with the latest information
and changes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports for the supervisor and team
leader, highlighting key activities, compliance updates, and
pending actions.
- Assist with the preparation of commercial invoices to support the
CI team during the holiday season or peak workload periods
(training will be provided).
- Check transport and clearance invoices for payment.
- Any reasonable tasks set by Supervisor.
Qualification, Knowledge and Experience:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Word and Power Point.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Excellent Attention to detail.
- Ability to focus throughout working day.
- Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
