Your role
You open your dashboard and immediately spot that a key milestone is slipping. Instead of waiting, you pick up the phone, align stakeholders, remove blockers and get things moving again. For you, deadlines are commitments, not suggestions, and success is measured by outcomes, not activity.
- Own the product roadmap and drive delivery with a strong focus on business impact, measurable outcomes and execution excellence.
- Define, monitor and continuously improve product KPIs, ensuring progress is transparent and performance gaps are addressed proactively.
- Act as a strong driver of execution: challenge assumptions, remove blockers and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
- Establish clear milestones and hold cross-functional teams accountable for meeting agreed deadlines and objectives.
- Proactively follow up on delays, identify root causes and drive corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
- Use data, customer insights and business metrics to prioritise ruthlessly and make objective product decisions.
- Create a high-performance culture where decisions are evidence-based and success is measured through tangible business outcomes.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Operations and Management to ensure alignment, momentum and delivery against targets.

Your profile
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, platform businesses or logistics technology.
- Strong KPI-driven and data-driven mindset with a proven ability to make decisions based on facts, metrics and business impact.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering products and initiatives from discovery to launch, generating measurable results.
- Highly execution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Comfortable challenging stakeholders, driving alignment and ensuring commitments, milestones and deadlines are met.
- Persistent, proactive and resilient; you follow up relentlessly, identify root causes and remove blockers to keep projects moving.
- Fluent in English; experience in customs, trade compliance or logistics is a strong advantage. German is a plus.
