I am a customs compliance professional with extensive experience in customs audits, trade compliance, and regulatory adherence. Over the years, I have worked in various roles, including contract and remote work, which have allowed me to develop strong expertise in customs brokerage oversight, duty calculations, and procedural compliance.
In my most recent roles, I have conducted internal customs compliance audits, assessed service level agreements, and reviewed import/export documentation to ensure adherence to SARS regulations. I also have experience evaluating customs brokers, identifying risks such as undervaluation and tariff misclassification, and recommending corrective actions.
