In my current role of IT Web Systems Administrator, I work as 3rd line support, where I am the
subject matter expert on internal/ external DNS, PKI infrastructure and FTP environment. Including,
management, configuration and maintaining these environments up to the standards. Writing
processes for team members and end users and on the daily bases looking after the Active directory
related issues and tasks.
