I have over 23 years' experience working in a customs environment. In my last position as Director, Classification and Industry Liaison at the Jamaica Customs Agency, I was responsible for updating and maintaining an Integrated Tariffs based on HS 2022, training internal and external stakeholders, implementing revenue measures, advising stakeholders on tariff and trade matters and performing human resource and managerial functions.
