About

I am an active global trade and compliance leader in the technology industry, with broad experience working with Federal and international government officials, industry trade associations, and influential policy organizations.

I am known as a people-oriented leader offering a breadth of knowledge and expertise in global organizational development, global government engagement, while making certain firms are ethical, compliant, competitive, and growing. In prior roles, I have led global teams of 200+ employees representing manufacturing and sales sites in more than 70 countries and have successfully navigated complex cross-border regulations and three unique publications of export controls targeted at advanced semiconductors and AI.

I bring a global perspective with attention to the geopolitical business environment and cultural sensitivities, while developing appropriate regulatory and compliance strategies that mitigate compliance risk and protect company revenue. I have navigated stringent export controls protecting over $3B in revenue and have led tariff mitigation programs that have saved over $1B in section 301 duties.

As a highly effective communicator, I am adept at creating and building rapport, leading innovative, high performing teams, and cultivating resilience. I am known for simplifying the complex and providing timely and appropriate regulatory updates across the company and with C-Suite leaders.

Currently am a member of the Regulations and Procedures Technical Advisory Committee (RPTAC) with the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security and Advisory Council member with the Asia Society of Northern California.
