Customs professional since 2007, with a focus on Foreign Trade since 2018.
At Doka Group, I drove the global transformation of customs and foreign trade processes by implementing and automating standardized solutions across multiple regions. Acted as a key internal advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring compliance while enabling efficient and scalable international trade operations.
Currently serving as Customs & Foreign Trade Manager at DSM-Firmenich (Animal Nutrition & Health). I lead the EMEA customs and trade compliance strategy, overseeing process optimization and governance across the region.
In addition, I manage and deliver global transformation initiatives, focusing on the implementation of automated customs and trade compliance systems, driving efficiency, transparency, and risk mitigation at scale. I collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align trade compliance with broader business objectives and digitalization strategies.
