Global Trade, Regulatory & Customs Systems SME with 20+ years of international logistics, customs and import/export experience, including 4+ years focused specifically on trade compliance in a global technology environment. Experienced in EMEA import/export compliance, customs regulations, Importer of Record (IOR) structures, market-entry readiness, HTS and ECCN classification, export controls, dual-use licensing and regulatory documentation.

Currently working as a Trade Compliance & Freight Forwarding SME, translating Dutch and EU customs regulations into functional requirements, system requirements, controls and UAT scenarios for digital customs solutions. Experienced in working cross-functionally with Product, Business Analysis, Development, QA/UAT, logistics, legal and customer stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM), customs systems, Azure DevOps, Jira and Asana. Strong background in regulatory analysis, customs system implementation, functional testing, issue resolution and translating complex trade requirements into practical business and system solutions.
