Contracts/Subcontracts Manager
Are you a seasoned Contracts/Subcontracts Manager with extensive experience supporting EPC project procurement? We are looking for an expert who can lead and manage the entire procurement cycle—from purchasing and expediting to logistics, forwarding, and customs compliance—while ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

Your Role
As Contracts/Subcontracts Manager, you will:
- Lead procurement-related contracting activities for major EPC oil & gas projects.
- Develop, negotiate, and administer contracts and subcontracts for procurement packages, long‑lead items, and critical equipment.
- Oversee purchasing operations, ensuring competitive bidding, vendor qualification, and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage expediting activities to ensure vendor performance, timely deliveries, and compliance with project schedules.
- Supervise logistics and forwarding operations, including coordination with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and inspection agencies.
- Ensure full compliance with customs, import/export regulations, and country‑specific statutory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, and supply‑chain risks.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, legal, and project management teams to support seamless project execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in procurement‑focused contracts/subcontracts management for EPC projects in the oil & gas industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Expertise : Strong expertise in purchasing, expediting, logistics/forwarding, and customs formalities for complex international projects. Proven ability to manage vendors, evaluate proposals, and negotiate high‑value procurement contracts. In‑depth knowledge of EPC contracting principles, including FIDIC and EPC turnkey frameworks. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
