#Penspen is urgently looking for Logistic Coordinator (Island Coordinator) role for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.
Qualification Required
- The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Responsibilities - Manage POB and crew rotations
- Plan and control material and equipment logistics
- Coordinate loading, offloading, lifting, and laydown activities
- Control material storage and inventory on site
- Liaise with onshore base, marine teams, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with HSE, ADNOC, and SIMOPS requirements
- Prepare daily movement plans and logistics reports
- Monitor vessel movements, delays, and standby time
- Support emergency response and evacuation activities
Experience Required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in oil & gas, with strong offshore exposure.
- Strong knowledge in supply chain management.
- Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) are often required
- PMC experience will be preferred
- Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
