Job Title: Customs and Operations Coordinator
Duration: 9 to 12 months
Starting Date: Early April 2025
Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
Business Hours: 9am to 6pm / 9.30am to 6.30pm (TBC)
Lunch Break: 1 hour (unpaid)
Location: Mayfair (closest Tube station: Green Park)
We are recruiting for, on behalf of our client, a Customs & Operations Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager at the Head Office of a luxury retailer, this position is a customer-facing role. A successful candidate should be able to always conduct themselves in a concise, courteous and professional manner. While not required, prior logistics experience would prove advantageous.
Main Duties
- Track and facilitate daily flow of stock and non-stock shipments from and to the UK
- Communicate daily with 3rd parties to resolve any shipping obstacles (if any)
- Perform post-clearance auditing on import and export shipments
- Support the Logistics Manager on any new upcoming project
Key Requirements
- Valid Right to work in the UK
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Excel proficient
