This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing operations team, supporting international trade through expert management of import shipments arriving from Asia, the Americas, and other long-haul markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end deep sea import shipments, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods.
- Liaise with global carriers, agents, and clients to track and manage inbound containers.
- Monitor vessel schedules and update stakeholders on ETAs, delays, and exceptions.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Work closely with customs brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
- Maintain accurate data within internal systems and provide proactive updates to customers.
- Resolve any shipment issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed on international trade regulations, port operations, and import compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years' experience in deep sea imports, ocean freight forwarding, or shipping logistics.
- Strong understanding of international shipping practices, incoterms, and customs clearance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills - comfortable working with global stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes.
- Proficient in logistics systems, freight tracking platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of customs systems (e.g., AIS, AEP) is a strong advantage.
