We’re now looking for an experienced French Customs Specialist to join our Dublin team and support our expanding international operations.
This is a hands-on, full‑time role with real responsibility, close collaboration with our customs leadership team, and the opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions in a fast-moving, solutions‑driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare, review, and submit French import and export customs declarations
Advise clients on French customs procedures, documentation, and compliance
Liaise with customs authorities, carriers, and clients to resolve queries efficiently
Support wider customs operations involving UK and Irish procedures (advantage but not essential)
Maintain accurate records aligned with regulatory standards and internal controls
Contribute to continuous improvement of our customs processes as the business scales
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in French customs clearance (imports & exports)
Strong knowledge of EU customs rules and procedures
Exposure to UK or Irish customs processes is an advantage
Fluent in French and English
Detail‑oriented, organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high‑quality work
