Office Administrator
Temporary Position - 6 months contract to start with further opportunities - Immediate Start - Must have own transport - Fully onsite in Blarney, Co. Cork - 39 hours per week - set shifts with some flexibility required - €17.72 per hour
About the Position
Our client, a company based in Blarney, are looking for a full time Office Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity in a supportive culture and will be based fully onsite. This is a contract until the end of the year with a view to extension, immediate start required. This administration job will suit an organised individual who has excellent computer and customer service skills.
Working Hours and Days:
Monday: 10am - 6:30 pm
Tuesday: 10am - 6:30 pm
Wednesday: 10am - 6:30 pm
Thursday: 10am - 5:30 pm
Friday: 10am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones to drivers/customers in a professional manner
- Completing customs reports
- Handing out run sheets to drivers in the morning
- Dealing with packages that requires research from the AM sorts
- Dealing with customers at our reception counter
- Dealing with emails/reports
Experience/Requirements
- Minimum two years administrative experience in a similar role
- Experienced user of MS Office, Excel and Outlook
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to work under pressure and on their own initiative
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent PC literacy and keyboard skills required
Remuneration Package
€17.72 per hour
