Key Duties Will Include
- Preparing customs clearance documentation and managing entry submissions
- Cross-checking customer data and advising on potential discrepancies
- Handling both import and export declarations using systems like CDS and TSS
- Monitoring the status of ongoing declarations and ensuring timely completion
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing guidance on customs procedures and compliance
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on customs experience within a freight forwarding, transport, or customs brokerage setting
- Knowledge of UK/Ireland customs processes and familiarity with both imports and exports
- Experience using customs systems
- Awareness of HMRC regulations and compliance standards
