Customs Clearance Specialist – Feltham

We’re recruiting for a Customs Clearance Specialist to join a global, market-leading logistics business based in Feltham.
This role focuses on the timely and compliant clearance of UK imports and exports, working closely with customers, overseas offices and HMRC to ensure shipments are released smoothly and accurately.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and submitting customs entries across all modes
- Checking documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Liaising with HMRC and other government agencies
- Tracking shipments and meeting clearance KPIs
- Ensuring accurate billing and strong customer communication
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in customs clearance or brokerage
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
