Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst (IC2) with strong project management experience to join our team on a 12-month contract. They will organize and implement a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services and associated systems information.
Responsibilities:
- Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
- Ensures rational distribution and delivery according to analysis report and tracking records.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in logistics workflows.
- Support daily logistics operations such as shipment tracking, invoice reconciliation, customer support queries and supplier communication.
- Maintain databases, systems, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Support logistics-focused projects from initiation through execution.
- Track and report project progress when required.
Experience:
- Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Exposure to or experience supporting project teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
- Good understanding of supply chain fundamentals and logistics terminology.
- Experience with logistics or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- Functional expertise in delivery management.
- Proven track record showcasing excellent distribution management.
- An expertise in all thing's logistics management.
