Job Purpose:
To lead the strategic development, operations, and commercial growth of Contract Logistics within the Noatum Logistics. The role is accountable for end-to-end performance of warehousing, distribution, and value-added services, ensuring excellence in service delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow the Contract Logistics segment.
- Oversee multi-site warehouse and distribution center operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Drive solution design, pricing models, and commercial strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure strong financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all operations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations and commercial team across the region.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, training programs, and leadership development.
- Identify investment opportunities in automation, technology, and expansion of logistics footprint.
- Engage with key clients, government entities, and strategic partners to position Noatum as a logistics leader.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 15–18 years with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles in contract logistics.
- Regional or global exposure to warehouse operations, automation and 3PL/4PL models.
