KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing supply chain operations for Beko UAE including order management, demand planning, supply planning and logistics processes including any reporting
- Responsible from managing logistics expense budget, actual tracking and reporting.
- Conduct Consensus process together with related departments to ensure demand-inventory-supply balance.
- Ensuring high service levels to customers through strategically designed logistics and order management processes, communicating with customers with regards to schedules, forecasts and expedites.
- Through analysis and replenishment modelling, create stock availability in the country to maximize the market potential.
- Managing timely communication with suppliers following up production and delivery schedules to ensure continuity of the supply.
- Required to bring any known or suspected non-conformance for all company procedures or legal requirements to management’s attention immediately. Maintaining full necessary set of documentation required according to legislation. Making all necessary official communication with customs.
- Proper storage of customs documents as per the country requirements
- Managing inbound logistics flow of the shipments.
- Managing of 3rd party logistics companies for warehousing and domestic distribution activities.
- Monitoring 3PL companies for order management, delivery to end customer and stock management.
- Stock reconciliation at the end of every month and physical stock count at 3PL facility at end of the year
- Ensuring proper usage of SAP transactions along supply chain processes.
- Good knowledge of inbound and outbound documentation requirements. Including LC documents.
- Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Working Experience:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Supply Chain Management / Logistics area of which 1 years of management, supervisory or team leader experience within supply chain environment is required for this position.
- Preferably having experience in Home Appliances/Consumer Durable Goods industry
Technical Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Extensive knowledge and experience on Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Distribution
- Deep knowledge of inventory and warehouse management, customs regulations and international transports, importation, demand planning, budgeting
- Advanced knowledge of logistics expense management
- Good command of SAP MM/SD Modules & MS Office applications
- Analytical thinking, leading with key performances indicators, good communications skills
