Services include securing flight clearances, ground handling arrangements, fuel coordination, customs & visa arrangements, hotel accommodations, ground transportation and other miscellaneous client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Securing flight clearances
- Conducting route analyses
- Arranging worldwide ground handling services
- Coordinating with CAAs, agents, handlers and associated third party vendors to follow up specific requests
- Working in a team to coordinate high quality services for corporate business jets, commercial carriers, ambulance flights and government VIP flights
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Fuel coordination
Qualifications
- Candidate should have a tertiary qualification or higher

- Verbal and written fluency in English
