Procurement Manager

Your Role
As a Procurement Manager, you will :
- Lead and manage all project procurement activities for EPC projects.
- Oversee the full procurement cycle including:
- Purchasing & sourcing of project materials, equipment, and services
- Expediting of vendor deliverables
- Logistics & forwarding coordination
- Customs clearance and regulatory formalities
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong supplier, vendor, and subcontractor relationships.
- Track procurement performance and ensure timely delivery to meet project milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with project management, engineering, planning, and finance teams.
- Mitigate procurement risks and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Must have 20+ years of experience in project procurement within EPC oil and gas projects
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline
Expertise/Skills/Competencies
- In-depth understanding or project purchasing, expediting process, logistics and customs requirements.
- Strong knowledge of international supply chain practices and vendor management.
- Proven ability to manage high-value procurement packages under tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills
