A little about the company. Matthew started this business in 1986 at just 21 years old, following in the footsteps of his own father Des Kelly, who founded Des Kelly Interiors. Nearly 40 years later, his two daughters Lauren and Jordan have stepped in to bring the business into its next chapter. In 2025 we moved fully online, and we are building a one-stop-shop for beautiful interiors, flooring, carpets, rugs, lighting, furniture and bedding, all delivered to your door, nationwide. Now we are looking for the right person to come and grow with us.
This is a hands-on, depot and field based role at the heart of our operation. Some days you will be at our Dublin base, keeping stock organised, preparing orders and coordinating with the team. Other days you will be out on the road, delivering to customers across Dublin, visiting trade accounts and management companies, and being the face of M. Kelly Interiors at every stop. We want someone who takes pride in the detail, stays calm when things get busy, and treats every delivery like it matters, because it does.
We are particularly excited about growing our trade and management company accounts and need someone who can help us keep that side of the business running smoothly as we scale.
What We Are Offering
- Base salary of €28,000 to €35,000 depending on experience

What Would Help & Ideal Skills
- Experience in delivery, logistics or a hands-on operational role
- Comfortable behind the wheel and confident in a client-facing setting
- Organised enough to manage scheduling, routes and stock at the same time
- A problem solver: when things go wrong, you fix it and move on
- Someone who takes pride in representing a business well
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic internal systems
- A background in interiors, furniture or flooring is a genuine advantage
Role Description
This is a full-time depot and field based role in Dublin. Part of your week you will be at our base, managing stock, preparing outgoing orders and keeping the depot running efficiently. The other part you will be out making deliveries across Dublin, coordinating with courier partners for nationwide orders, and liaising with management companies and trade contacts. We need someone who can keep our operation moving, flag issues before they become problems, and represent M. Kelly Interiors with care and professionalism at every touchpoint.
