About Your New Job:
- Operational Leadership: As the Logistics Specialist, you will manage the coordination and execution of logistics activities across multiple projects, ensuring smooth delivery of products to site and efficient scheduling of fit-out crews.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage project-specific logistics plans in alignment with overall project programmes and operational requirements.
- Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure reliable delivery performance and maintain strong working relationships.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee the efficient management of warehouse space and the movement of products in and out, ensuring adherence to client site requirements.
- Key Point of Contact: Act as a central point of contact for logistics matters, supporting the resolution of delivery issues, supply risks, and site constraints.
What Skills You Need:
- Educational Background: Third-level qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Broad exposure to transport, logistics, and warehouse management systems, with significant design/implementation experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and relationship management skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
- Competencies: Proven organisation and multitasking abilities, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
