About the Role
The Regulatory & Trade Compliance Program Analyst strengthens DHL’s compliance posture by analyzing workflows, improving governance structures, and enhancing reporting capabilities. You’ll evaluate end‑to‑end compliance processes, support risk mitigation, and help ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and global trade standards.
This role is critical in supporting process standardization, continuous monitoring, and data‑driven decision‑making across regulatory and trade compliance programs.
What You’ll Do
Regulatory & Trade Compliance Governance
- Support governance activities and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
- Contribute to risk identification, mitigation planning, and closure of findings.
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Analyze programs, workflows, and procedures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct research, root‑cause analysis, and data reviews to support corrective actions.
- Support documentation of SOPs, process maps, workflows, requirements, and guidance.
Reporting & Data Insights
- Build and enhance dashboards, metrics, and compliance reports.
- Validate data quality and translate insights into actions that support risk reduction.
Project & Initiative Support
- Participate in cross‑functional projects related to regulatory operations and system/process enhancements.
- Assist with audits, assessments, and preparation of stakeholder or leadership materials.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Trade teams to support regulatory adherence.
- Support training, documentation updates, and knowledge-sharing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, operations, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in program analysis, process improvement, compliance, or operations.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking capabilities.
- Experience with reporting or analytical tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Power BI).
- Ability to write, update, and maintain compliance process documentation and SOPs.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across operational, regulatory, and technical teams in a remote/hybrid environment.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Professional office environment with regular sitting for portions of the shift.
- Up to 10% travel to other sites as needed.
