Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process classification requests across multiple international jurisdictions
- Respond to inquiries from customs brokers regarding shipment status and documentation
- Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory entry requirements for shipments
- Oversee shipment clearance and coordinate customs processes end-to-end
- Handle full-cycle trade operations, including both import and export activities
- Ensure adherence to all applicable trade laws, regulations, and compliance standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in trade compliance and international logistics operations
- Hands-on experience with import and export processes
- Prior experience in customs brokerage or working closely with brokers
- Ability to manage multiple trade requests in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling classification requests and shipment status communications
- Knowledge of FDA and other regulatory requirements for international shipments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) is a plus
