Ocean and General Maritime Agencies Ltd is seeking an experienced Import/Export Operations Supervisor to join our established Liner Agency team in Ringaskiddy.
This is a mid-senior, full-time permanent role ideal for a candidate with strong shipping or freight forwarding experience looking to take on greater responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage import/export shipments from booking to delivery
- Prepare Bills of Lading and coordinate customs clearance
- Liaise with customers, port terminals, hauliers, and global offices
- Support daily operations and resolve queries
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and processes
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in shipping, liner agency, or freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of documentation and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full driver’s licence
- Based in or able to commute to Ringaskiddy
