We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to join our growing client in Dublin working on a Data Centre. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations and ensuring efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery across the business.

🔹 The Role:

As Logistics Manager, you will:

Plan, manage, and optimize all logistics and supply chain operations
Oversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities
Manage relationships with suppliers, freight partners, and third-party providers
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate forecasting and stock control
Lead, mentor, and develop logistics and warehouse teams
Ensure compliance with health & safety, customs, and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain management role
Strong knowledge of logistics operations within Ireland / EU
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred)
