We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to join our growing client in Dublin working on a Data Centre. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations and ensuring efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery across the business.
🔹 The Role:
As Logistics Manager, you will:
- Plan, manage, and optimize all logistics and supply chain operations
- Oversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities
- Manage relationships with suppliers, freight partners, and third-party providers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate forecasting and stock control
- Lead, mentor, and develop logistics and warehouse teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, customs, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain management role
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations within Ireland / EU
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred)
