ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage key customer accounts and track performance against KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and partners to deliver a high level of service.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare quotes and convert them into bookings.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
- Support colleagues across departments and locations.
- Prioritise tasks flexibly to meet deadlines.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Plan trailers and coordinate with hauliers and depots.
- Complete general office and administrative tasks as required.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience in a similar role, ideally customer-facing
- Background in freight, logistics, or customs would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated team player with good communication skills and accountability
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Confident communicator
