Freight Forwarder
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €35,000 - €48,000 (DOE)

Your Role:
- Oversee the import and export of goods across global destinations.
- Coordinate collections with transport companies.
- Collaborate with clients, branch offices, international agents, and transport providers.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and offering regular updates.
- Track shipments, manage invoicing, and process pre-alerts from overseas offices.
- Prepare and submit customs entries as required.
- Ensure seamless shipment monitoring from dispatch to final delivery.
- Handle job costing and invoicing tasks efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Ireland-based freight forwarding company.
- Expertise in air, road, or sea freight imports and exports.
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
- Proficiency in freight software (e.g., Cargowise, Azyra, Thyme IT).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
